UI & UX Design

Make your digital product easier to understand and use

A polished interface matters only when people can complete the task. We map user journeys, simplify decisions, and design responsive interfaces that balance customer needs, brand expression, and the constraints of your product.

01 / Why it matters

Good design is the part users never have to think about.

UI and UX design decide how people find their way through a website or app: what they see first, what they tap next and where they get stuck. A confusing journey costs enquiries and support time, however good the product is.

When decisions are tied to real user tasks and documented as reusable components, your product becomes easier to use and easier for your developers to build consistently.

Sounds familiar?

These are the moments businesses usually call us.

  • You are planning a new product and want to agree scope before development starts.
  • Users hesitate, abandon or contact support at the same points in a journey.
  • The interface looks dated and screens no longer feel consistent with each other.
  • Designers and developers work from disconnected screens with no shared components.
  • The product works on desktop but feels awkward on a phone.

02 / What’s included

Everything a product needs to feel simple.

Each area ends with a practical deliverable you keep. Your proposal confirms exactly which ones your project includes.

01UX research

We review user feedback, analytics, competitors and behaviour to understand what the product must solve.

You receive: Research summary

02Information architecture

We organise navigation, content hierarchy and task flows so complex journeys are easier to follow.

You receive: Sitemap and flow maps

03Wireframes

We plan layout and structure for priority screens before detailed visual design begins.

You receive: Annotated wireframes

04Interactive prototypes

We link key journeys into clickable prototypes so stakeholders can review them before engineering time is committed.

You receive: Clickable prototype

05Interface design

We design accessible, responsive screens that balance brand expression with clarity and usability.

You receive: Approved screen designs

06Design system & handover

We document reusable components, states and behaviour notes so engineers can implement accurately.

You receive: Component library and handover file

03 / Process

Four clear stages. You approve every one.

You always know what is being designed, what we need from you and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Research

We align user needs, business goals and technical constraints, and review current screens and feedback.

Your input: Product goals, user groups, current screens, and any analytics or support feedback.

  2. 02

    Structure

We map journeys and information architecture, then wireframe the priority tasks.

Your input: Review of flows and wireframes with the key decision-makers.

  3. 03

    Prototype & design

Flows become interactive prototypes and then detailed, responsive interface designs.

Your input: One consolidated round of feedback per stage, plus brand assets.

  4. 04

    Handoff

Approved screens, components, specifications and interaction notes are prepared for development.

Your input: Access to the technical team for a handover review.

06 / FAQ

UI & UX design questions, answered.

Understand the engagement before you commit to a project.

What is the difference between UI and UX design?

UX design is about how the product works: the journeys, structure and decisions a user goes through. UI design is how it looks and feels on screen. We plan the experience first, then design the interface on top of it.

Does UI UX design include development?

Design and development are separate deliverables. We can scope both, or hand the approved design to your internal engineering team.

Can you improve only one user journey?

Yes. An onboarding flow, enquiry journey, dashboard or checkout can be scoped without redesigning the entire product.

Do you conduct user testing?

Testing can be included with agreed recruitment, tasks and reporting. A prototype alone should not be described as user-validated.

How long does a UI UX project take?

It depends on the number of journeys and screens, whether research and testing are included and how quickly feedback is shared. We agree milestones before work begins.

How much does UI UX design cost?

Cost depends on the size of the product, the number of journeys and screens and whether research, testing or a design system are included. After a consultation we share a written, itemised proposal.

Which design tool do you use?

We design in Figma, which lets your team comment on work in progress and gives developers direct access to specifications and assets.
